How to display cookie notice after clicking a link or a button

In order to display a cookie notice after clicking a link:

1. make sure that cookie notice is enabled in WP Full Picture’s settings
2. add a fp_show_cookie_notice class to the link or a button (you can add a class in the advanced settings of a Gutenberg button module)
