How to make a Refunds report in Google Analytics 4

WP Full Picture Pro lets you track not only WooCommerce purchases, but also refunds of your orders (with advanced order tracking and measurement protocol).

Unfortunately, GA4 does not come with a ready-to-use report with refunds, so we will have to make one in the exploration section. This is what you need to do.

1. Create a new exploration
2. In the “Dimensions” section, choose “Transaction ID”
3. In the “metrics” section, choose “Refunds” and “Refund amount”
4. Double-click the dimension name and the metrics names to add them to the report
5. Choose the time-range you want to view
6. And that is it
