We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland), to measure the effectiveness of our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns and to display personalized ads to visitors who have interacted with our website.

3. Matomo (Self-Hosted)
We use Matomo, an open-source analytics platform hosted on our own EU-based server, to collect anonymous statistics about website traffic and user behavior.

4. Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity, a service provided by Microsoft Corporation, to analyze how users interact with our website (for example, through heatmaps and session replays). Clarity collects anonymized data such as mouse movements, scrolling, and clicks, which helps us improve usability and user experience.
Data collected by Microsoft Clarity may be stored on servers outside the EU. Microsoft uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure appropriate protection of personal data during international transfers.

5. Brevo Chat (Sendinblue)
We use Brevo Chat, a service provided by Sendinblue SAS (55 Rue d’Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France), to offer live chat support and manage customer communication.
When you use the chat, Brevo may collect your IP address, chat messages, and other information you voluntarily provide (e.g., your name or email address) to assist with your inquiry. The chat also allows us to manage customer relations through Brevo’s built-in CRM.
Data is processed and stored within the European Union. Brevo does not use chat data for its own marketing or profiling.

- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – for responding to customer requests and managing support communications.

6. Comment forms
When you leave a comment, we collect the data provided in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string (to help spam detection).
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
7. Contact forms
We store copies of messages sent via contact forms on the server located in the EU. The messages are stored in case there are problems with email delivery and are kept for up to 6 months.
8. WP Full Picture
Our website uses WP Full Picture (WP FP) to manage tracking tools, handle user consent, ensure that tracking tools work correctly and that cookies and analytics scripts are activated only after visitors give their permission.
WP Full Picture helps us:
