Microsoft Clarity WooCommerce events

WP Full Picture automatically tags session recordings in Microsoft Clarity with WooCommerce events and associated product data.

Attention! At the moment, WP Full Picture’s support of WooCommerce Gutenberg blocks is limited. WP Full Picture does not track content and user activities that relate to the following Gutenberg blocks: cart, checkout, “all products” and “featured products”. Standard cart, checkout and other page elements added with blocks and shortcodes are tracked normally.

Additional tags

In addition to the events listed above, WP Full Picture also sends to MS Clarity tags that show what products took part in these events. These include:

  1. product names – tracked along with all the above-mentioned events
  2. product IDs – tracked along with all the above-mentioned events

And “purchase” event also gets an order id tag.
