Custom Triggers
(previously: Advanced Triggers with Visitor Scoring)
Before WP Full Picture v10, this module was called Advanced Triggers with Visitor Scoring
This module lets you:
- Set up custom triggers
- Set up visitor scoring rules
What are custom triggers?
You can use custom triggers to fire custom events, reactions (in the Reactions module) and custom scripts (coming in Q3 2026).
Examples of custom triggers
Custom triggers can fire on:
- simple, single events, like when a visitor clicks a button or sends a form
- and complex, multi-conditional events, like when a product page is visited by someone from a specific ad campaign, spends there 20 seconds, scrolls to 60% of the page and views the pricing table.
What is visitor scoring?
Visitor scoring is a method of measuring how likely a person is to purchase a product / use a service. It does that by giving visitors points for taking specific actions on the site.
What can you use visitor scores for?
When you send visitor scores to analytics and marketing tools, you will:
- see which traffic sources / ad campaigns bring the best quality traffic
- be able to send targeted ad campaigns to users on specific stages of conversion path
- analyse traffic sources and user groups
